Please be advised that pursuant to the Association by-laws (Article IV Section 1.,) the appointment of the executive officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) shall be elected by the Home Owners at the annual meeting of the members of the association. All officers will be a member of the association.
Therefore, we must hold another membership meeting to elect the officers for 2023 - 2024. The Membership Meeting will be Saturday, April 8 at 10 am. An agenda is being prepared that will be mailed out to the membership today.
The proxy votes we collected at the Annual Meeting are good for 90 days. A new proxy will be included with the agenda in the event they cannot attend the April 8th meeting and only if they desire to change their proxy ensuring that proxy will be present at the meeting.
Also, please find the Meeting Minutes from the Annual Meeting and a Board Meeting attached to this email. The board will vote at the next meeting to approve them.
