Attention all residents and homeowners,
Due to the extreme increase in cost of our water and sewer utility bills, the Board will be conducting testing for any potential water leaks within the community. This testing is scheduled to begin on 04/25/23 at 4 pm Eastern time.
Please note, this testing could take several hours and will require each unit’s water to be shut off for an unspecified period of time. We will knock on your door prior to testing each unit. Please do not use any equipment that utilizes water during that time frame; please note this includes using the toilets.
In addition, no access to any unit will be needed.
