Dear Tahitian Place Community Member,
Please review the following information.
To our pet owners: when walking your pet outside ALL pets must be on a leash at ALL times when outside of your unit. Walking anywhere with your pet in the common areas without a leash is not permitted and is against the Pinellas County Animal Ordinance, even in the northern open area past the woods.
City of Dunedin free tree give-a-way: pick up two free trees to plant to help beautify Tahitian Place. Saturday, April 15th from 8 am to noon (first come first served basis) each vehicle can receive 2 free trees with proof of Dunedin residency. The location is at the Achieva Credit Union, Achieva Way behind the McDonald's at SR 580. If you are able to go, we are hoping for cypress trees or red maple trees. If you can't get either of these type of trees, we will find a great location for any type of tree you get. Call our office to let us know that you were able and fortunate enough to get a tree or two, and we'll arrange to have them planted with the assistance of the city of Dunedin arborist.
Quiet and Respect of our neighbors/residents: Please remember that between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am minimum noise and music must be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb our neighbors. Tahitian Place is a close-knit community and everyone must show respect to our neighbors at all times.
