Reminders
At our annual meeting, our HOA adopted a $25 increase in monthly maintenance fees per unit. The new monthly fees are $150 beginning in April 2023.
We must be careful of items that are either flushed down the toilet or down the drain in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Feminine products, toilet wipes and bulky toilet paper should not be flushed down the toilet as it can easily cause a clog in the sewer line. Recently this happened causing sewer back ups into several units. As you are aware, many of the units' sewer lines are connected. Please refer to your association rules and regulations for the unit numbers that are connected and will be affected.
